We maintain our own fleet of high-speed electric floor burnishes (can I have a picture? if people click this word and they know what it is?)  And automatic scrubbers that can handle any floor with high traffic. Nobody has professional floor care systems like KS has!

Stripping

Automatic scrubber or single disc machine strips waxed floor by using a heavy-duty, water based cleaning concentrate designed for scrub / re-coat maintenance procedures.  Using specially formulated stripper that easily cuts through multi-layers of burnished floor finish, aggressively removes embedded soils and scuffs in upper layers of finish film, and prepares the surface for re-coating with a minimum of rinsing, saving time and protecting floor.  Low foaming, and no rinse features make less harsh on your floor.

Waxing

KS applies at least minimum of 3 coats of floor finish. We use highly advanced floor finish with a superior "off-the-mop" initial gloss, which provides exceptional film clarity, repels soils and scratches, This ultra-high solids formula provides ultimate longevity, conductivity, and extends the time between stripping cycles. (Cost effective and Protect floor)

Burnishing

High-speed burnisher in conjunction with special gloss restorer renovates floor finish and restores floors to maximum gloss like magic!  We remove scratches and scuffs from floors while rejuvenating the floor to a brilliant luster. Saves your money by extending scrub / strip cycles.

Initial Cleaning

We highly recommend initial cleaning process for first-time customers if your business facility has had no prior janitorial service or deteriorated due to inadequate service from previous service provider.  Our goal is to get your facility to the level where we can efficiently maintain it.
